eRSP has new features!
You can now market to former clients in eRSP with our new Convert to Prospect feature! Enable this feature in System Defaults, and find a new option on the Deactivate tab of any customer account to convert a client into a prospective client, letting you market to your former customers or clean up your client base.
Along with this update, you can now delete existing calendar orders when deactivating a client. For those agencies using our Nurse Notes feature, Activities and Care Notes can be completed alongside nurse notes for a shift.
