New features are making their way to eRSP for tracking ADLs! Telephony and mobile clocking will soon include the ability for caregivers to:
- Specify that a client refused an activity.
- Leave verbal comments for incomplete activities.
We’re also adding new details and options in your claim screen and the reports area to view this extra information.
