Kaleida Systems is pleased to announce the following new features to be added in the March 2015 eRSP update. The update will be applied to sites starting March 10th through March 12th.
QuickBooks Online
eRSP™ now supports the ability to connect and interface with QuickBooks Online. With QuickBooks Online, invoices can be synced directly from eRSP to your QuickBooks Online account. If you already sync from eRSP using the web connector and a desktop version of QuickBooks, your transition will be very simple. We are offering a weekly webinar Tuesdays in March at 4pm EST to cover the setup steps and use of syncing with QuickBooks Online. Customizable Assessments
We will also be enhancing the Customer Assessments tab to include customizable forms, as well as other improvements. Using the new Form Builder, found in Setup > Definitions, you will be able to create your own additional assessment forms to be included in the assessment form package. We are also providing a signatures tab for administrators to sign off on completed assessments. The eRSP Mobile site will also be integrated with Assessment forms to allow for a paperless assessment using a tablet or phone.
Your current assessment form will remain unchanged except for the radio button options on the customer assessment will be converted to checkboxes. This update should be a seamless transition with no impact to your current form setup.
Nightly Text Message Reminders
In a recent addition to the upcoming system update, we will be adding the ability to send automatic schedule reminders via text. With the next update, if activated, Employees will receive text messages around 5pm with their assignments for the following day.
