With the holidays finally here, we would like to take the opportunity to thank you for continuing to allow us to serve you and your business operations with eRSP. We are very passionate about what we do and consider it an honor to serve you who are serving our seniors and those in need. By providing you with the best possible tools and support to be successful, we feel like we have a part in making a difference in people’s lives.
2014 was an exciting year that saw the debut of several new product features as well as upgrades to our internal infrastructure and support team. We are especially excited to hear all of the great feedback on our new mobile features and our payroll features that are assisting you in handling the upcoming changes in the Federal Labor Laws.
2015 is shaping up to be another exciting year with many new feature offerings planned. We are currently working on the following projects which should be ready in the first quarter.
- An interface to QuickBooks Online
- Customizable Mobile Assessment Forms
- Debut of our new Family Connect
We are also researching and evaluating several suggestions regarding the eRSP Calendar and Calendar Build. Our goal is to continue to bring the highest level value to you with the most efficient tools to support your everyday operations.
Also in the first quarter, our third eRSP Server Farm will come online. This is another year long, major investment in eRSP capacity and infrastructure to provide the highest level of availability and performance possible.
