Kaleida Systems is very pleased to announce a multi-release effort to provide more functionality for the caregiver to report information on the client service visit. Along with the new features included with this update, the eRSP Caregiver Access Site user interface will be further customized to take more advantage of mobile device capabilities. Below is a description of the features included in this update.
Standard Point of Service Upgrades
The eRSP Caregiver Access Site, Post Time/Notes Display has been reorganized to make it easier for the caregiver to enter information regarding the events that happen during a client service visit. Instead of a single display to post time, mileage, activities and notes, each component has been split into separate tabs. By creating separate tabs, we are able to provide the following improvements:
Enable Notes with Telephony
You can now use Telephony to clock in and out, and have your caregivers use the eRSP Caregiver Access Site to post Activities and Notes. Both Activities and Notes can be posted during a visit, or after the Telephony clock out. Updates can be made until the visit has been processed by the eRSP Extract for Invoicing and Payroll.
Activities Worked Tab
We have replaced the drop down selection box with a full page listing display that identifies required activities and provides a simple check box next to each activity to post items worked.
We have also added a new comment box per activity. If a required activity was not completed, the caregiver can now provide an explanation why.
Visit Comments Tab
eRSP now provides rich text editing support for Visit Notes and allows the caregiver to make corrections after submission. Updates can be made until the visit has been processed by the eRSP Extract for Invoicing and Payroll.
eRSP Premium Point of Service Package
Kaleida Systems is very pleased to announce a new set of Premium Point of Service features to further enhance the ability to collect very detailed information on the events that happen during a client service visit. These features will allow you to have more visibility to the ongoing care and well-being of your clients and provide the tools to enable faster response to immediate needs.
The following is a brief overview of the new features included in the Premium Point of Service upgrade package.
Option to Clock In/Out on the eRSP Caregiver Access Web Site
If the caregiver is posting time for a current day visit, the Post Time Display Tab will provide an option to either post time after the fact, or to clock in/out of the visit. The next updates coming this summer will include the GPS coordinates and fully integrate the clocking feature with the eRSP Calendar and Alert engine.
Telephony Activity Voice Prompts
During the Telephony clock out call, instead of using the Activity Codes, you can now have the caregiver post required activities worked in response to a voice prompt question.
Telephony Visit Comments Voice Message
At the end of the Telephony clock out call, you can have the caregiver leave a general voice comment regarding the visit. The voice message will be attached to the caregiver visit and be visible to the back office on the eRSP Post Time/Claim Comment display. The back office can listen to the voice message and transcribe the message into the visit comments on the Claim Display.
The new eRSP Care Notes feature allows you to create a series of condition or client-specific questions to collect more detailed information about the visit while on-site. Based on the caregiver response, you can define secondary questions and or trigger alerts to the back office for immediate follow-up actions required. The information will be retained in the customer’s account record and used by eRSP analytics to provide trending reports.
Care Notes is available through both Telephony and the Caregiver Access Site.
For clinical services provided, the eRSP Caregiver Access Site now supports a custom medical on-site notes questionnaire. For more information, please contact eRSP Customer Support.
The eRSP Caregiver Access Site Post Time tab can now include a Client Signature per visit. The client can sign off on the visit directly on a mobile device. The signature image is retained with the visit and can be viewed in the back office on the Claim Display.

There will be a link to the Premium Package pricing sheet and sign up form at the top of your eRSP Web Site. Simply click on the link to print the form and fax the completed form to Kaleida Systems and we will activate the features on your site.
