Plan Deactivation Process Updates
There have been some slight improvements to the plans with regards to how they are activated and deactivated. We have altered the Client Plan tab and the Build Calendar process with regards to deactivating expired plans. This change was brought about mainly to help those who are using the Authorization plan feature, but will be helpful for all who manage plans.

Employee Sharing Across Regions
eRSP is pleased to announce our new employee sharing feature. For our clients who are using multiple regions you are now able to share employees across regions. Previously employees had to be created separately for each region they were to work in and for every account they would have gotten a different log in. This new release is changing that. When you have employees that need access to customers in different regions you can grant them access from their profile.
